“The driveway was very rough you will need an SUV or truck bc of all the recent rain it's is rutted and difficult to navigate. Lots of lights bulbs need replacement. A Swiffer would have been nice to have and an outdoor broom as well. There is no central HVAC keep that in mind. There are no TVs in bedrooms either so keep that in mind too. The sofas are extremely uncomfortable so don't plan on hanging out in the cabin. The hot tub was nice but only got to use it once bc of weather. The shower……

“The arrival instructions need to change. There is a much easier way to get to the address. Also didnt know about the gate house, stumbled apon that after getting lost in the park. We checked in with the guard. The contact ended up having to come drive us to the cabin because we couldnt find it. The cabin was nice, comfy, clean. Had all items you need. Didnt give it an excellent rating due to instructions. We wasted a lot of time trying to figure things out.”

“Updated, roomy cabin that is secluded and quiet. Had a great stay. I had a question late at night and the host helped even though it was around 10 pm, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!”

“The place was inside a gated community, so if you are looking for security, then this is it. Savannah was a great host, we were only here for a short stay, one night, but it was pleaseant. Saw many deer in our drive to her house, very secluded, surrounded by nature. She has two dogs and two cats, who were friendly. We enjoyed our brief stay, and would stay again if we need to. ”

“Lovely little cabin in the mountain side. Very clean and all the amenities needed. Didn’t use the hot tub, but did have hotdogs from the fire pit. Close to downtown Blue Ridge for boutique shops and downtown old Ellijay for eating.”

“Nice home. Great neighborhood. Lots of deer to watch. We were in Elijay for a wedding. We went to the playground which was down by the pool. Nice place to rest & relax. ”

“Our family of 18 had a wonderful long-weekend at Lake Buckhorn Lodge. Ranging in age from 9 months to mid-60s, everyone had a great time. The living spaces provided plenty of room for us to gather, and the kitchen was well-equipped for a large group. The incredible sports bar/game room kept us all entertained. We especially enjoyed having use of the kayaks and canoes for the lake. We plan to return for our next family reunion.”
