Cozy Bear Hideaway is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom log cabin that sleeps up to 7 people. We are conveniently located with paved road access in the Sun Rock Mountain community and just minutes from Mercier Orchards and downtown Blue Ridge! This cabin offers a spacious open deck with rocking chair front porch overlooking the custom fire pit with rock seating, as well as long-range mountain views from the back porch. Bring your s'mores and create lasting memories!

- Only (2) dogs are allowed in the cabin, no other types of pets.
- Please indicate if you will be bringing a dog when you book.
- Dog must be house trained and clean.
- Dog must be crated if left alone in the cabin.
- Clean up after your pup.
- If damage is done by a pet or extra cleaning required from hair/fur, your damage deposit will be retained.
- 2 dogs max, $50 fee.

The host is super fast at communication with check in procedures and codes. EASY and I mean EASY stay. I have stayed at a LOT of Vrbos all over the states. A lot of those have 2000 instructions and chores to do before checking in, and check out. Not here. This trip for us was not a vacation but for a HUGE loss in our family. Staying here gave us the peace to grieve, the space to connect and breathe.

Peaceful retreat

5 star. Robby was extremely easy to communicate with and sent me everything i needed for arrival. We spent the majority of our time there on that back porch in the rockers. Looking over the trees to the mountains. We did also did a few rounds on the arcade machine and at pool. Sheets and beds were comfy. Had everything you needed. Easy to find. Walmart nearby. Clean, quiet, and exactly as pictured

Relaxing place

The house was nice and cozy. It was a little smaller than I expected from the pictures. I stayed with one child and another couple and their two children. The downstairs game room was huge, but the upstairs was definitely cozy for three adults. The hot tub would not warm up past 99 degrees so that was a little disappointment. A lot of the outside was covered in pollen, but there has been a lot of that lately, so I understand. The kids loved the swing outside. It was a lot of fun. Thank you for the cozy home in a beautiful setting.

We had a perfect stay! The cabin was beautiful and we loved the Christmas tree and decorations. We enjoyed the views and played pool and fooseball. The location was great, a short distance from Blue Ridge and close to Mercier Orchard. The owner was very responsive to any questions before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommend this property!

A total package for a mountain getaway

Cozy Bear Hideaway was exactly that as well as perfectly stocked for a perfect adult and child vacation. Winding narrow roads and a steep staircase to the game room make it less ideal for seniors but otherwise no detail was forgotten. Stay there if your plans are near Blue Risge

Georgia Mountain Gem

Great location being off the beaten path but still close enough to all of the fun things to do in the area. Cabin has just about everything you can need and was perfect for our small family. Host was super responsive when we reached out to him. We really enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Highly recommended if you're looking to stay in the area and lucky enough for it to be available.

Spring Break Getaway

Visited Blue Ridge for a few nights for my kids Spring Break. We had a lovely time, and the cabin provided great amenities to enjoy our time together. The pool table was a big hit! Hope to stay again in the future.

Peaceful

This property was very peaceful and comfy. The gps took us in the backway and thankful we had 4x4 or wouldnt of made it. Once there the correct way to town was much better. Plenty of linens and pots and pans. Just as described on vrbo. Owner communicates very well. No complaints. Nice for family and teens with gameroom

Cozy couple nights away

Our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 older teens) plus our dog enjoyed our couple nights stay in the cabin. Robert was a great communicator. The cabin itself is very much as pictured - it's not fancy and the rooms are small, but it was cozy and very clean and everything worked well. Also love the ease of access - paved road and driveway, close to town. Would certainly recommend.

Blue Ridge Relaxation

My family (dog included) had quite a relaxing time at the cabin over the Christmas holidays. Although we were hoping we might get some snow, our hope was granted in the form of really wet snow (rain). Nonetheless, we had a fantastic time. The cabin was immaculate, complete with Christmas decor, and we took advantage of the lock-in time by playing games downstairs, building a fire at the fire pit and also using the hot tub. We couldn't have hoped for a better, more memorable, family experience at the perfect vacation destination. Simply perfect all-around.

Close to everything!!

A great stay in Blue Ridge. This cabin was very clean and the perfect size for the four of us. Its close to downtown shopping, hiking, and Mercier Orchard (best fried pies I ever had).

Excellent Stay!!

Would highly recommend this beautiful cabin! Everything we needed was readily available, right down to Tide pods and coffee!! The cabin is beautifully decorated, very inviting and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub most of all. Excellent for families. Great location. Robby was a great virtual host, prompt response to any inquiries.
