“Check in went smoothly, however, it was immediately obvious that one of the two bathrooms had not been cleaned. We contacted the number listed and messaged with them for over an hour, sending photo evidence and descriptions. We also informed them we did not have the jacuzzi, sauna and rec room key and asked for that as soon as possible as our guest has a medical condition and relies on a jacuzzi for therapy.
