“Communication was not good at all. Our check in was suppose to be at 3pm. We did not recieve any information about how to check in or get keys ect till aroud 4.30pm. They messaged us and told us check in will be at 7pm due to a late departure. We had driven from brisbane and planned to arrive in Townsville around 3pm. The last thing we needed was to wait around for 3 hours in a car with a baby that was already sick of being in a car for long hours at a time. When we got there we lifted the doona……

“This was our first time staying in a tiny house. It was very cool. Very comfortable bed. We saw kangaroo and parrots. The owners were very nice and friendly. You will need to bring food or water with you or have to drive a bit to get it, but we loved this part of it. They have very detailed instructions making our stay exceptional.”

“The bathroom floor is too slippery and uneven. No bath anti slip mat, no safety doors the curtain goes to legs when taking showers due to wind. toilet door not working for for 2 nights, someone came in when were away to fix when left voice.message but did not notify us someone will fix”

Immaculately clean, peaceful, but close enough to ammenities like Woolworths, Pub etc. This is the first time I have booked accommodation through Stayz, and the communication from Jackie was absolutely spot on.
