Each additional person is $40 per night, this is a very strict policy. Max 7 people. We do have security cameras on the Parking Area only of the property.

Play a game of Horse Shoe by day and enjoy an evening by the South Holston River roasting marshmallows at the Fire Pit, firewood included. This unit also boosts an outdoor shower in the warmer months. We also have a Coffee Bar stocked with to-go cups, ground coffee, K-Cups, assorted creamers and sweeteners. 

Many Local Fishing Guides available for hire to take you on the Holston River by boat to some of best fishing. Fishing Guides can also provide fishing gear and fishing instructions.
