“Tolles Hotel mit erstklassigen Frühstück und Blick der Zimmer auf den Atlantik. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Hotel gehört auch das Restaurant 90 Grad. Das Restaurant hat ab 14 Uhr geöffnet und hat sehr leckere Gerichte zu fairen Preisen und ebenfalls mit einem tollen Ausblick von fast allen Plätzen.”

The house is beautiful, immaculate, well equipped, and comfortable, and offers breathtaking views from every window and balcony! The hosts made us feel like friends and took the time to help us settle in and find our way around the community. The location was central for travel to all parts of the island, and the nearby village of Ribeira Brava is vibrant and charming. Words and photos truly cannot do this……

“Das Haus zu finden, ist nicht einfach. Auf der Seite von Fe-Wo-direkt.de ist die Beschreibung fast richtig. Ein paar Hundert Meter soll man doch laufen, um das Haus zu finden. Das Haus ist perfekter Ort um Ruhe und Stille zu genießen. Allerdings im Haus sind die Mäuse. Sie sind zwar harmlos, aber kein Essen auf dem Tisch stehen lassen.Der Vermeter bittet zwar Autos zu mieten, aber was für Auto wir gekriegt haben, war echt alt und zu schwach für die Straßenn auf Madeira. Zusätzlich verlangt er……

Arco da Calheta is a perfect, central yet quiet holiday base to explore Madeira. The ocean view is just breathtaking!Great contact with the owners before travel. “I have mixed feelings about our stay at Joao's place. We were a bit disappointed to find the state of the place; we emailed the landlord but he did not respond until Vrbo contacted him. Positive: - location: the view over the ocean is spectacular! - silence: it is a quiet area, only residential. aside from a couple of dogs once in a while, there is no outside noise - sleep quality: the (hard) mattresses worked a charm and we slept really well - good fun with the table tennis in the common……

“Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement durant une semaine début avril.Maria et Alberto sont de très bons hôtes, ils sont arrangeant pour l'heure d'arrivée lorsqu'il n'y a pas eut de locateurs avant. Nous avons pu accéder au logement à 12H. Ils restent disponible durant tout le séjour au moindre problème, ils sont très réactifs.Le logement est très sympathique, il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour le séjour. La vue est magnifique, a mis chemin entre mer et montagne, le silence y règne.Plein de……
