The Space:
Sunset Vine at Wonganella Estate 1 by Tiny Away sits in the tranquil neighbourhood of Bobs Farm, Port Stephens. On location, you have the Sunset + Vine Mediterranean Restaurant and Cellar door. Prefer Beer? Just a 2-minute walk to Murray's Brewery, a 9-15 min drive to Birubi Beach and One Mile Beach, and the stunning Tomaree Head Summit Walk.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that there will be other guests on the property as it is a function center & Restaurant —also where a second tiny house sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements. Approximately 5 meters apart between the tiny houses.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the entire Estate & Vineyard, except for the land host's private residence. and other neighbouring residents close to the property.

Sunset Vine at Wonganella Estate 1 by Tiny Away is located in Bobs Farm, a rural Port Stephens neighbourhood in the Hunter Region, NSW. A recommended farm stay NSW escape, just a short distance to Nelson Bay, Anna Bay, Salamander Bay, and more.
Here you can explore restaurants, beaches, and other stunning attractions such as Whale & Dolphin Watching cruises, Surfing, Sahara Horse Riding, Quad Biking on the sand dunes, local fishing, Camel rides on the beach, go-carting, Stockton Beach, Worimi National Park and so much more.

- Only minutes away are two great surf beaches: Birubi Beach and One Mile Beach.
- Birubi Beach is a large sandy expanse with a surf club, cafe, and camel rides in the surrounding dunes.
- Tomaree Head Summit Walk provides a short, challenging hike and scenic views of Port Stephens, with a bench by the lookout where you can enjoy a small picnic.
- Koala Sanctuary in Port Stephens offers visitors the rare chance to view koalas in their natural habitat, nestled along One Mile Beach and Worimi Conservation Lands sand dunes.
- Onsite at the property are Sunset + Vine Restaurant and Cellar Door; a family-owned restaurant that offers a new dining experience serving Port Stephens a Mezze Menu of Mediterranean + Middle Eastern flavours, cheese boards, and more. Murrays Brewery Restaurant and B Farm.

Other Things to Note:
- Open fires are not allowed at the moment due to the fire ban from October to March
- Pets are allowed
- No smoking allowed on the property
- Pets should be kept on a leash at all times
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Telstra, Optus & Vodafone have very good signals. 2 degrees & Spark are not sure of signal quality
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
Pets Policy
- Pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Pet cleaning fees are applied for an additional $30 per pet per stay. Please inform the host that you will bring a pet for your stay prior to your arrival, and the fee payment shall be paid directly to your host
Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
