“Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. ”

“We really enjoyed the gardens and how easy & enjoyable it was to walk to shops and restaurants in the area. Host went above and beyond with amenities and much appreciated personal touches. Would’ve enjoyed a hot tub but we had fun at the beach and had more than enough provided beach gear. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!”

“We were down for a surgical procedure. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. We ended up sleeping on the couch for most of the stay. Owner was very quick to help or answer anything we needed. We were within 20 min to anything we wanted to do. Overall would stay again if mattress was changed. ”

“Check-in was flawless. Room was clean and ready. Private parking and personal entry to the unit was nice. Great outdoor seating area. There is no bathroom sink, but a small kitchen sink outside the BR. Limited kitchen appliances, no stove, there's a small refrigerator and a microwave. Nice shower. Shower only has warm water, kitchen tap has hot water. Fast internet and great A/C. Location is amazing. 2 min. walk to beach. Minutes to restaurants and stores. LBTS is one of my favorite places to be……
