“We stayed at the Rowdy Rooster for Father's Day weekend and had a great time! Had an early check-in, was able to walk to shops.The area had good dining options and we liked seeing the train pass behind the property. The house was updated and the furniture and beds were comfortable. ”

“I loved the spot so much. The host was more than generous and very helpful. It's close enough to Wilton Manors if that's why you're renting. Just a short walk beats having to pay for parking. Cool little tip for future travelers, if you're planning on going to Wilton Manors there's a free golf cart shuttle service that picks you up at Ramrod just a block north of the cottage. Very practical and the space was very private. Will be requesting to stay more often for a little staycations”

“We needed a quick stopover prior to a cruise and this was a perfect place for the one night stay close to the port. In the middle of a neighborhood in a fenced-in yard we found our quaint place. It was not big but was charming enough to fill all our needs. Thank you and we would use it in the future if the need arose.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Oliver was very helpful with timely communication. We were in town awaiting a cruise and wanted to spend a few extra days in Ft Lauderdale to catch up with an old friend. Very glad we chose Oliver’s place—well stay here again!”

“Unit is uniquely positioned in the backyard of a primary residence. It does have a private entry, but you have to walk through the side yard of the main home to get there. Once inside it is nice and they provide all the amenities that a hotel would. If you are looking for a simple place close to the beach, this is your spot. ”

“Perfect size for a couple to enjoy, had everything necessary for a short visit. Within walking distance to the beach and Atlantic Ave for a reasonable price. Easy to check in and locate. Safe area and would absolutely return and recommend! ”

“Check-in was flawless. Room was clean and ready. Private parking and personal entry to the unit was nice. Great outdoor seating area. There is no bathroom sink, but a small kitchen sink outside the BR. Limited kitchen appliances, no stove, there's a small refrigerator and a microwave. Nice shower. Shower only has warm water, kitchen tap has hot water. Fast internet and great A/C. Location is amazing. 2 min. walk to beach. Minutes to restaurants and stores. LBTS is one of my favorite places to be……

“Mike's place was awesome!! The location was in a very safe and nice area. One minor flaw was that I couldn't get the tv to work, but the weather was perfect. Didn’t need the tv... easy check in, place is great for one or two people. Very clean!! I had a chance to meet Mike and he was so pleasant and so accommodating. I highly recommend Mike's place.”
