Currently awaiting response from Marriott regarding recent stay of 2 weeks in which I did not have a working key to my room for 7 days. During that time I had to be accompanied by the desk staff to my room every time I left it for breakfast, gym, or to do laundry. We were told after we paid for our stay at check in that no key cards could be issued to our stay because their key card machine was down. We were told that it would be fixed the next day and receive our keys then. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Wednesday. The key card machine was down for the entirety of our stay and the front desk staff had to let us into our room EVERY TIME! It was extremely inconvenient. We asked to speak with the manager and they never showed or met with us. We had to wait up to 30mins at a time to gain access to our room as front desk staff was away from the desk. We were lied to by the staff each day regarding the issue and honestly this issue ruined our stay completely.

For $500 a night which is what I paid on 2/7/2025. Just to have the staff to walk us to our room because the key system was down the entire weekend. So all day and night in order to get access to room we had to go to the front desk so someone could let us in our room. The upstairs shower was cold and tv didn’t work. The latch on the outside door was broken that made my wife very uncomfortable. Just a complete disaster!! It’s definitely a one star hotel

Not up to Residence inn standard. Older property in need of some TLC. Had to make multiple requests to get the room cleaned and that was only once in 6 days. Right next to the freeway but noise was not actually a problem. Was an ok value for the price paid but probably will not return.

Rooms are very spacious but the hotel must be updated, and cleanness shall be a priority for the rugs, light switches, doors. Originally we had a two queen bed which we could stay in due to the humidity and smell. We were upgraded to a larger 2/2 suite which had lots of space but was a flashback to the 1970’s. Great location, lots of space but outdated and not too clean. I would pay more if it was renovated, nothing on the are has the gem they have.

This is a very old and rundown hotel, our room was so disgusting we were supposed to stay in it for 5 nights but couldn’t take it one more night and left after night 2. We would have left after the first night but they wouldn’t refund our room until after the second night. The staff was friendly and wonderful and their continental breakfast was great. They desperately need to get their carpets cleaned and mold remediation is needed in the rooms. The smell was horrid and my kid who’s super sensitive to mold was having a reaction to the room. Wouldn’t stay here again.
