Lots of lakes and shaded areas for a nice walk about the neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the lakes. Close to Osprey Golf Course (no membership required) and South County Park.

Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by serene lakes, providing you with a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. However, we're also in walking distance of the Evert Tennis Academy and Boca Prep International School, making it an ideal location for families visiting the area.
Located on the perfect intersection of 441 and Glades Road, you'll have plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to choose from. The heated saltwater community pool is located in the center of the apartment complex, allowing easy access for our guests. You'll be able to enjoy a refreshing swim or just soak up some sun with ease.

Bugs & Critters: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed and do not leave food out that tends to attract them.
