“Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process.
Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized.
Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system.
Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.”

Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war total unkompliziert und wir würden jedeezeit wieder dort buchen.Einziges Manko (aber achtung: jammern auf hohem Niveau!): das kleine Bett könnte eine etwas bessere Matratze vertragen. “We really enjoyed our stay at Katrin’s place. It had everything you would need. The large bathroom was a plus. The neighborhood and building was super quiet, and it was easy to access public transportation. There was a lovely store/restaurant called Kafer right around the corner, if you wanted beautiful produce, gourmet items, and yummy coffee. Katrin was super responsive to any questions we had. Would stay there again. ”

"The lcoation is really far even out of Mzone.
I made a bad selection, but the breakfast is nice.
The worest is I book this hotel via hotels.com is even more expensive than direct order at hotel's website. But the hotels.com refuse to pay the gap. Such a no gurantee platform. Will not use any more."

"It is more like a budget hotel. TV was out of order. No cups no drinking water in room. The biggest issue is that they do not have security measures at all it seems. People from outside can freely come in, sit down and even go upstairs to the room floors ( room cards are not needed to access the room floors).
However, they serve good breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks.
But still I will not consider this hotel when I revisit Germany. "
