Large private deck on the back of the house with a table and chairs, hot tub and Gas BBQ and beautiful Coastal Hill Views. Front Balcony on upper level with panoramic Ocean and Sunset Views. Quiet setting with lots of wildlife! Full kitchen with gas stove/oven. Radiant heat. Gas Fireplace in LVR and Master Bedroom, TV's with DVD in LVR and 2 bedrooms. Washer and Dryer in garage.
2 levels, lower level - garage, laundry, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, middle level - back deck, hot tub, table w/ 4 chairs, upper level - office/bedroom, 1/2 bath, kitchen, living room, deck.
