“The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to housekeeping and serving breakfast. However, I have a suggestion regarding the breakfast service. It would be more convenient if breakfast could be provided as take-out. “Big and clean apartment. Booked a one-bedroom flat but got upgraded to a two-bedroom flat, very lucky. The washing machine in my room has some problem and not wirking. The staff is helpful and helped my solve the problem. There is a convenience store right downstairs, restaurants choice are plenty. Close to shopping street, perfect location.”

“帶著小孩老人出門。感恩有清潔的煮食用具一應俱全（只欠電飯煲），方便料理孩子膳食，菜市場走20分鐘左右，另一邊鳳凰滙也有超市，路程相若。離地鐵站要走一段路，如果推嬰兒車上落只能到三元橋D出口（鳳凰滙側）。樓下走兩步就有幾家館子，東西好吃。附近有商廈佳程廣場，有大銀行。總體來說，感覺良好，前台服務也好。”
