I ordered the sea bass , but it was extremely salty. I almost it back, it was that salty. Otherwise food was good.

The service at the front desk was exceptional here. The free water and snacks were nice amenities. The $30 per day valet charge I thought was fairly high given the location and it would’ve been nice if breakfast was included for the fairly high room rates. Room was very clean but I wish the bathroom had a fan. That said I would consider staying again based on the location and the amazing service. Special shout out to Josh at the front desk who really went out of his way to help us a couple of times.

I really like the premade bags of ice for your room, and the butlers pantry for room service delivery so you don't have to open your door. The complimentary water and snacks are a bonus too! Friendly staff. I'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Inn at 500 Capitol. Upon check in we were offered complimentary beer and wine. There was water, soft drinks and snacks available at no charge in the lobby. We could walk everywhere we needed to go, so close to everything downtown. And our room was very nice sized, with a window seat to look out at the town. We would stay here again!

Room was very large and comfortable with 2 balconies. Easy walking distance to Capitol, restaurants and the river Greenbelt. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good. Waiter was very helpful

I love staying at this Inn when I visit my son in Boise. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is so comfortable! I love having a fireplace and kitchenette. The location is convenient being downtown, close to Boise State and the airport.

The check-in process was a little slow, but the front desk was really responsive. Rooms were clean and it was a quiet area.

I very much enjoyed my stay @ Inn @ 500. The room was very spacious and I can't say enough GREAT things about the room service cabinet delivery system. I've never seen this type of set-up before and aside from the ease & security aspect of the concept (no need to get dressed to open your door to a delivery person) it's just a well thought out idea that I hope more hotels will incorporate in their properties. I also like having an outdoor space, but IF you book here and you'd like a better view outside your room, make sure and ask for a room on the street side of the hotel (unless you don't want any street noise.) My view overlooked building roofs and a parking lot (along w/ a distant view of a park.) Other than that, it was a most enjoyable experience and IF I ever have to return to BOI again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you

The property was amazing! Very cute and fun decor. Free snacks and drinks were a great touch. It was close to many cute shops and bars we easily walked to. All the staff we interacted with were kind. KP and Brandon who drive us to and from the airport were very friendly. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained. The decor was very attractive. My beds were comfortable. Lots of shelves, drawers, and closet space. I would definitely return to this property.
