Visit this location for yourself and you’ll understand fully why I have posted this review. First time customer. When I checked in, I wasn’t sure if I needed an extra night. The gal that night was kind and said if I didn’t need the room it would be refunded. I decided I didn’t need the room an extra night so I asked for a refund. The Assistant Manager stated there are no refunds. I explained to her that it was highly unprofessional to have employees not know their policy. The Assistant Manager stated she was feeling very disrespected and her emotions were out of control. She was not being disrespected by me in any way and I told her that. I was kind enough to explain my frustrations and request a refund as I was told by the staff that I could. She was extremely rude and told me to get a life. At that point I told her she needed to keep her emotions at the door when coming to work. It’s unprofessional to act out because she can’t control herself or her emotions and not be able to function at work. She is highly unprofessional and she herself should look more presentable, I was shocked with how she presented herself. The facility was filthy, there was dog hair everywhere and the sheets were not changed. The location is convenient and the prices are fair however, the facility, and staff have poor customer service, and zero professionalism. If the owner walked in unannounced, they would be disappointed. I would never recommend anyone staying there short or long term.
