"Rooms are not clean, dirty toilets, old and unmaintained building, roads are not paved, beach front dirty and not maintained, only 1 staff is attending. Thats why i did not stay in the place during my stay in Camiguin. I booked another hotel where i stayed."

"Lost our reservation. Was confused how we booked it. We had to locate bank statement to confirm it was paid. They were not cheating us.. rather they were just confused and blamed the third party website."
