The property manager was GOLD and the locals that collected maple syrup from the beautiful trees daily taught us a lot about the process (they also keep bees) and gave us a mason jar we devoured. The views are unbearable and the lake is a masterpiece. We had SO MUCH fun with their exceptional game room and we loved it so much we extended our stay. “Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! ”

“Very nice and cozy house. Tonia was very nice. Had a minor issue the 1st night there and she was willing to come out at 9:30 at night to help but got it fixed before she left her house.
