“This property was perfect for what we needed. Everything was just as I had read from previous reviews. The only downfall for us, was it was a little farther out than we had anticipated, however that did not keep us from enjoying this beautiful property. ”

We enjoyed our trip and host. We would stay here again, and I am sure that we will since our daughter has decided to attend Mercer next year!! ”

We made the reservation and upon arrival, it is an extended stay hotel and they neither have our reservation nor do they allow anyone to rent out rooms through VRBO or l other comparable providers. At this point, I try contacting the property manager through VRBO. The number is a non-working number, but he did respond via messenger. He asked when we were looking to move in. Mind you, we were only booking for 4 nights. He then asks us to meet at another property of his……

“We arrived to the property and immediately we see broken windows. We didn’t stay at the place and the host charged us a weeks stay. And added fees for cleaning, air condition she took days to even reply. We had to go stay at a hotel. Overall we were out ALOT of money without staying not even 10 minutes at the place. Im still being charged. And she goes on with her life like nothing happened. The neighbors asked “let me use your car, we will bring it right back.” Just find another place! That is……
