“Joli hôtel classé et bien placé. Cependant le service est inefficace. Nous avons dû nous y reprendre 6 fois durant la journée pour payer, et recevoir notre monnaie et expliquer à la succession de réceptionnistes mal formés que nous avions payés. Personnel sympathique mais mal formé avec un manager à distance à Potosi très directif. Cela a rendu le séjour désagrable.”

“gabriella the manager was amazing. she was very accommodating. She cooked breakfast which was included in the rate of the room and we ended up having dinner there every evening that she cooked. We were the only guests there which was lovely for us. The views from both the balcony off of the room and the dining room were amazing. If I went back to Sorata this is where I would stay. Lovely.”
