“Such a fun and memorable stay!! The houseboat was immaculate, beautifully decorated and spacious. A few storms came up and the rain hitting the roof was so nice at night! We are at Bonita, just a short walk down from the houseboats (great food and pretty cocktails!) and enjoyed delivery one evening (you can Door Dash so easily here!) The best perks were the golf cart luggage assistance and rides to and from the parking garage. So convenient. Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. Could……

“We stayed at this property for spring break. The property was docked in an awesome little spot on the water; conveniently located near restaurants, shops and activities. Peaceful and quiet with kind neighbors. Would definitely recommend for small groups looking for a unique getaway experience.”

“The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next……
