“I'll start by saying that I'm not a comfortable complainer. I also don't like to leave generally negative reviews, but I can only speak as I find. I've spent a month touring Europe alone on my motorbike so I've spent a lot of time (and money) on various styles of hotels with varying price brackets. First the positives - front of house staff were friendly and the view was main selling point. The negatives - - My room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Sink and toilet stained and the bin……

“Location is near train station with 6mins walk . Reception staff is quite helpful especially the female staff who was on duty in the morning of 24Nov. The only reason that I don’t like is lots of homeless persons nearby.”

“建物自体とても新しく部屋も清潔でした。 海外のホテルでは珍しくコーヒーメーカーもあり浄水した水や、紅茶、コップなど揃えてありました。ただ水は硬水なので苦手な人も多いかと。 テレビは現地のアカウントがあればNetflixやAmazone Prime vidéo が観れます。無くてもGoogleアカウントでYouTubeが観れます。 難点としては部屋のスペースが狭くスーツケースを広げる場所が少ないのと、バスルームが石タイルなので底冷えが酷かったです。 部屋自体の暖房はすごく効きますが、とても乾燥します。 何故か清掃は入ってもらえなかったが タオル交換はしてもらえました。 全体的に接客はとても良かったです。”
