“The guesthouse appeared to be mostly empty and is managed from the hotel down the road. There is a grand old lounge and dining room downstairs which has a jug, microwave and coffee machine guests can use but not in use. If you want their continental breaky you go to the hotel down the road (we didn't need). There are no lifts which was fine for us but very creaky wooden floors. Several rooms including ours #3 face the verandah with windows opening to it which would be awful if there were smokers……
