"Pros: .Beautiful view .Great location in the “quiet end” of 30A .Well-appointed kitchen .Comfortable sitting area with lamps (you’d be surprised how many places don’t have lamps for reading). Cons: .Dirty rusted luggage carrier .Ratty welcome mat. .Bowling alley hallway with worn rugs .Disgusting ..."
