“The view is everything you imagine it to be! The first night we did eat eaten alive by the mosquitoes, but once we realized the importance of OFF! everything came into place. We named the 3 iguanas...ok I did, and and we enjoyed the pool and the pier. I would definitely recommend this property.”

“We stayed here to enjoy fly fishing & snorkeling and despite the windy conditions making it tough to cast, we were not disappointed. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite. We highly recommend booking with local fly fishing guides and getting out in boat onto the flats. The Villa was well appointed and decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The……

“The Hibiscus House Villa was perfect for our large family. Beautiful beach front property with stand up paddle boards and kayaks readily available. The hosts and on site property managers were amazing and helped us with any questions. Johnny was available at any time to take us on the boat for an ocean adventure and was so helpful especially with making it an amazing trip for the kids! It was a fantastic family vacation that we will always remember!”

“This spacious condo worked very well for our party of four adults and would have also been great for a family. The kitchen was well-stocked and the views lovely. Esther from Pelican Reef Management was very responsive. Unfortunately, we were affected by the seaweed bloom that affected much of San Pedro. However, guides picked us up at the dock for activities, and we enjoyed snorkeling, fishing and scuba!.”

“The unit is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped with not only the basic supplies, but has a toaster oven, a sous vide, Tupperware, a grill, and more. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a beautiful view and plenty of ocean breezes. The restaurant across the street was convenient with great food. We ate there 3 of our 7 nights. “This property was perfect for what we needed it for. The Pros of this property are that it is big, there is lots of space and the property Manager, Simon is AMAZING. The cons are that it is off the beaten path (a 20-30 minute golf cart ride into town) and very basic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Simon was so helpful and the house was exactly what we needed for a large group!”
