Villa with 2 private pools - close to the beach
Magnificent villa 2 faces transformed with an enchanting garden with several atmospheres. Possibility to sleep to 10 people at ease. All equipment is new. Beautiful living space with fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, washer and dryer, ceramic induction, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Living room with fireplace and TV. High-to-eat dining table that seats 10 people. Separate TV lounge that can house additional office bedroom for 1 couple or 4 children. 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Outdoor pavilion by independent studio office with double bed + mezzanine for children, kitchen and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet can accommodate a family. Two splendid swimming pools (possibility to heat the one of the high outside summer for an additional cost of EUR 200 / week) with a heat pump of which one with a bar to enjoy the long summer evenings. The pools are secure housing space with a separation net. Coin sandbox for children or adults beach lovers! Sun loungers, covered terrace, bar, barbecue, etc. Real dream vacation awaits you in this house! Quiet residential area. Many parking outside the house. 7 km from the beach. At ten minutes from the beaches of Canet-en-Roussillon - Torreilles - Sainte Marie. 30 minutes from the Spanish border. Figueres 40 minutes with its Dali Museum and Barcelona at 1:30 for shopping and going out! TGV Perpignan available to reach the center of Barcelona in 40 minutes. The area is beautiful and you will spend a wonderful beach holiday in a region filled with cultural treasures not to mention his good manners, his Catalan specialties and delicious wines! residential and very calm. Very good neighborhood. The Bompas Sports Park is right behind the house with its playgrounds, lake, small zoo for children. Feast of cargolade the last weekend in July! Do not miss !
The area is quiet, family environment. Out of respect for the neighbors, the house is not suitable for people who want to party.
During your stay, technicians must be able to access the technical room and the swimming pool for the maintenance of the installations and the verification of the water. The technicians must be able to intervene in the garden part every day from 9:00 to 21:00 without having to warn you first. We would therefore like to thank you for leaving the garden door not locked during this time.
Regulation of the house:
- House reserved ONLY for families
- House is not suitable for youth groups
- Residential and calm environment
- Respect of the neighborhood 24/24
- Parties and noisy parties strictly forbidden
- Strong music during the forbidden day outside the house
- No pets
- Check in from 16:00
- Check out by 10:00
- Only people who have been mentioned in the reservation have access to the house. No other extra guests can stay there without notifying the owners in advance.
- If the number of people announced during the reservation, is not respected and that the owners were not warned, they have the right to cancel the stay or to request a fixed price to the person who has not not announced from EUR 150 a week. This sum will have to be given cash to the owners.
- The same day visits must be announced and accepted by the owners when booking the accommodation.
- Access to the technician without warning between 9:00 and 21:00 every day for the maintenance of the garden and the pool to ensure the quality of the service
- At the exit of the house, bed sheets must be removed and towels and deposited in the laundry bins
- The barbecue and the oven are made clean
- The pool is clean as on your arrival
- Garbage cans must be in garbage bags and placed in containers outside the house.
