“We did not stay in the accommodation at all because it was not clean, paint work’s going all over the place, noisy and crowded with other permanent residents, pictures does not look as advertised. Then, had to look around in a strange environment with no internet to pay for another descent accommodation making me to use most of my holidays money towards another accommodation. Trying to get a refund by making several phone calls and emails to accommodation manager but to no avail. Till date. I……

But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. ”

“Le service est de très mauvaise qualité. Même si le personnel est gentil et accueillant, il y a un grand manque de professionnalisme. Malgré mes relances je n'ai pas pu obtenir une facture globale de mon séjour car le réceptionniste, qui jouait au solitaire sur son ordinateur, a remis ça au dernier moment et évidemment l'imprimante ne marchait pas quand j'ai dû partir. On m'a demandé de payer plus chère ma chambre car la promotion dont j'ai bénéficié lors de ma réservation n'était soi disant……
