“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Erikas Appartement war sauber, ordentlich, gemütlich und das, was man sich unter einem Appartement in Verona vorstellt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war stets sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Die Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss in Kombination mit einem Ventilator im Erdgeschoss sind im Hochsommer bei annähernd 40 Grad Gold wert.
