“Cozy, clean, nice environment in and out of the home, close to amenities yet space. Nice river cute town. From the state and enjoyed the area which we are familiar with yet haven't stayed specifically in that exact area. Highly recommended if you want the feeling of the green bay area yet small "north" town.”

Kyle Ripley and his lovely family have created a unique, rural farm homestead. Besides the wonderful rental home you get a chance to tour the property and learn directly from the owner how it was created to be totally sustainable and "off the grid" while providing all the creature comforts you could want. “We had a such a wonderful time at the Appleton property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very large, well decorated and made us feel at home. It was so nice to not live out of suitcase. It had all to conveniences of home, dishwasher, washer, dryer, large kitchen and two bathrooms. A very large family room, formal dining room and formal living room. The four bedrooms were very comfortable. We look forward to renting this property again when we are in the Appleton area. ”
