“Sheets were fantastic. House needs a little work. The heat was good, hot water was good, coffee pot worked fine. The living room rug is bad, needs to be tossed. The on duty manger was very helpful with the lock. Would probably stay again if needed.”

“Overall I liked it. It’s private and has plenty of space to park our pickup and boat. Very close to the boat dock and a nice restaurant.It can get windy there, but pretty normal for that area. I would like to see a little more seating inside such as another chair or couch, and possibly a TV, although we were fine without it. Overall a cool place to stay.”

“The location is the real highlight of this stay—just a minute from the boat ramp at Platte Creek Recreation Area, which made it super convenient for our time on the water. The tiny home itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, but it got the job done. The owner is a really nice guy, very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a spot close to the river with easy boat access, this is a great choice!”
