“We liked how easy it was to check in. Had no issue with staff they were all polite and did a good job. My husband and I liked that it was in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and freeways. We didn't like the toilets its one of those that had little to no water at the bottom abd then when you flush the water pours out, just was kind of mid. Heads up, the shampoo and body wash provided smelled awful, better go to bring your own. We had a room facing the 101 so noise level were pretty……

“Its a good experience but a bit confusing. A huge hotel that seems new but they didnt have their ducks in a row - they ran out of breakfast before it ended (8:40am), they didn't offer room service (despite us being there for 3 nights), and they didnt have enough blankets (we needed 2 extra). It is fine, clean, and a good location. ”

“Very comfortable; well-appointed. Carpet was torn; visibly in disrepair where it intersects the non-carpet surface. Shower pressure very poor. Love the size, and the compartments in the suite...very nice! TV does not allow casting; very old-school!”
