“This rental was exactly what I expected from the listing. The decorative details were classy and sophisticated. I loved all of the ways that the owner has preserved the history of the unit in the context of the Wilma building. The light fixtures, the accent chairs, the other things that they’ve kept in line with the vibe of the building were all perfect. “Perfect place to spend a week in Missoula. Clean and comfortable. large open living/kitchen plan. Location is on the Main Street just a short walk to everything. Shops, Coffee shops, the river, etc. Free parking is next to the building.”

“Wonderful setting in a cool old building. So nice to have a reserved parking spot downtown and immediate access to the park with our dogs.Enjoyed listening to college radio on the old tuner and watching the river go by.I will definitely stay here again any time I'm in Missoula. ”

“Great place, couch was a little sagging in the middle like it was broken, dirty dishes in the dish washer, no hot tub or spa as listed in the ad. Owner was very responsive. Overall a good stay, just disappointed in cost v amenities in comparison to what was listed”

“All communications with property manager and the cleanliness were excellent. The location was close to everything. The only issue is that the online listing should include photos of its proximity to the railway. It was difficult to get any sleep since the trains were active up until at least 1:00 and our unit was constantly rumbling.”

“The place was adorable and homey!!”

“This is a beautiful condo in a lovely location. It’s a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of the mountains. It’s very close to a grocery store and other amenities in one direction and in the other direction close to a wonderful walking neighborhood with a couple of parks. The condo itself has everything you’d need for a short or long stay. Especially nice are updated appliances and the use of a washer and dryer. The new bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom and kitchen beautifully……

“Great place to stay in Missoula area! We will stay here again!”

“We had a group of 14 year old softball girls and a handful of parents staying. We loved the house so much. Lots of room so it never felt too crowded, the kitchen and amenities were amazing. Beds were all clean and comfortable. Loved the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Larry is an absolutely amazing host. So helpful before and during our trip. Also has great water toys to rent so you can go float the river which was a great final day there. If we are ever in Missoula again, we know where we'll be……
