It was a very cute place. You could sit by the pond and enjoy you morning coffee or your evening class of wine. The rooms where very comfortable. The TV reception sucked. Beds where good. The staff was ok. When we arrived no one was in the office. The note said they would be right back. We waited about 20 minutes before she came back. Asked her about the area and she really didn't have very much nice things to say about the area. But over all the say was nice. We would stay again.

Log motel looked as if had been rebuilt using newer logs & constuction methods. Still a motel where you park in front of your room. Beds were massive, but comfortable. The rooms were massive also. Some of the previous building materials were reused in the rooms. For example, the door into the bath room looked very old and the door knob & lock didn't fit tightly in the door. You could see into the bathroom AROUND the door knob and lock! The lobby was small & only had a few tables foreating breakfast. I guess they expected you to take your waffle back to your room to eat. Waffle was build-it-yourself, and was rhe only hot breakfast items. Cereal and a few pastries. Coffee, orange juice. The GPS took us to the mailbox down the street behind the hotel! That might have been the original entrance! When we commented to the clerk, he just confirmed that's where the mailbox was! We would not stay here again.

Loved the room. It was a very clean room. Shower was excellent. Sink was dared but worked just fine. Bed was very comfortable for us. Couldn’t get TV to work but we were so tired it didn’t matter much. WiFi seemed good. Not a fancy place from the outside but would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks all!

What fun. Beautiful property. Owners were so helpful. Totally remodeled old motor inn. Park at the door. Everything in this spacious room was recently remodeled. Dog walking area was amazing with all sorts of nice touches and a trail through the woods.

I liked how clean my room was. I also loved the owner, Abby, as she was very sweet! What I didn't like was the noise from the highway. Also, the pictures online show a serene pond and some walking trails. It's all overgrown and very noisy from the highway.
