Your close enough to everything you need, yet far enough away that you cant hear the noise from the strip. From checking in, to checking out everything was perfect. I definitely would recommend booking your next stay here! Especially if you dont want to pay ridiculously high fees like you would at a hotel! I will definitely book another……

“Beautiful, clean room, with an unmatched view. The kitchen comes in clutch in Vegas and can be hard to find elsewhere. The hosts were extremely accommodating and attentive as well and made the trip stress free. Will be back again. ”

“Perfect space for two adults but not much more. Stayed here with my dad so we each had our own room & were able to close the doors for privacy. There wasn’t much seating space to eat so the first night we sat on the cute stools in the mini kitchen; breakfast we ate in our respective beds/bedrooms. There’s only one TV which is in the front room but again, no place to really sit other than the bed unless you pull up one of the stools or the desk chair from the other bedroom. The host provided……

“I chose this rental for my weeklong stay during a major softball tournament in the Vegas metro area. Essentially, all I need is a bed, a shower, and if there's a washer/dryer, that's a major plus. This spot fit the bill ably. The host is super communicative and very kind - she even brought me more coffee to use! - and you cannot beat the convenience of the locale and the price point. I will note that some of the fit and finish points are works in progress - a couple of the drawers and cabinets……

“Overall 5 stars! The room was nice and very clean. Check in process was quick and easy. The owner was very helpful with check in instructions. The room looks just as good in person than it does in the photos. My favorite thing about the room was the balcony view of the strip. Communication with the owner was very good. I got a message from the owner everyday asking if I needed anything. Lastly the location was good too. Everywhere I went was less than a 10min drive. ”
