“It was a nice stay”

“Good neighborhood. Off the strip but not far. Was perfect for what we needed. Host was easy to contact. Studio room was very nice.”

“Perfect space for two adults but not much more. Stayed here with my dad so we each had our own room & were able to close the doors for privacy. There wasn’t much seating space to eat so the first night we sat on the cute stools in the mini kitchen; breakfast we ate in our respective beds/bedrooms. There’s only one TV which is in the front room but again, no place to really sit other than the bed unless you pull up one of the stools or the desk chair from the other bedroom. The host provided……

“Amazing place, clean and amazing views ”

“The apartment is older but very well kept and clean. All the amenities were there, coffee pot, clothes washer and dryer, large TV, central air, dish washer, 2 large comfortable beds, etc. Parking is readability available, but we used Uber for travel in Las Vegas. There is a fully equipped mini mart 2 blocks away and a large supermarket 4 blocks away, easy walking distance. We highly recommend this choice for staying in Las Vegas, vs most of the hotels which don't even supply a coffee pot in the……

“I came to Las Vegas for dental surgery and to visit family. My first night was in a motel on the strip. Hated it! Then, when this properly became available I moved. Like coming home, all the comforts. ”

“The place smelled like cigarette smoke when we got there. It took a few days between extra cleaning and spray to get rid of the smell. They needed a couple of kitchen items i.e. no dish drainer or pot holders. We had to sweep the outside area as the cement was full of dirt and artificial plants were knocked over. It looked like a dust storm had gone through. A breaker went when we had 2 items plugged in the bathroom. Notes about this would have been beneficial. Overall it had what we needed for……

“We enjoyed the location and the ease of the valet parking. This is located in tower 3. We valeted our car and walked around the corner to the elevator to our room. It was easy.”

“Never received any communication from host. I was not listed with property management either when i arrived, and couldn't get access to the unit. As of today i still haven't heard from the host. Had to find new place to stay.”
