“I stayed 3 nights this past June. It was lovely! The house was built in the 20's and is so pretty. My room was on a corner, overlooking the garden. Plenty big for just me. The bathroom was newly renovated and beautiful. The owner, Arthur, is very nice and enjoys telling about the history of the property. “Such a great spot! Beautiful views, quiet area despite the train that passed directly behind the hotel. We barely heard it. We had a triple which was actually two rooms. “Great value for money so I didn’t have high expectations. Our room was a decent size family room on the second floor, nice and clean. I would say the only real problem was the pillows. They were very flat and lumpy. Obviously been through the wash 100 times. "The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. "
