“Nous avons vécu un enfer. La réservation a été faite sur expédia. A l'arrivée à 19 heures 30, il y avait une enveloppe scotchée sur la vitrine du local d'accueil avec un plan sur lequel figurait le n° de l'appartement et mon nom. Mais pas de clé et aucune instruction. Nous avons pensé que le logement serait ouvert. Pas du tout. Nous avons contacté Expédia par téléphone qui a tenté de joindre ODALYS. Mais à ce jour aucun résultat et aucune réponse d'ODALYS qui ne nous a même pas contacté dans la……
