“Check in time is worse than a motel 3pm & checkout for 13 people by 930 after a function is to early upstairs beds way too soft downstairs beds are to hard given the wrong code to access the house although the house was lovely their were a few issues overall happy”

“The home was well appointed, spotlessly clean and communication with managing agent was excellent.”

“Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. ”

“Lovely spot to stay”

“I stayed in the Retro Van which was cute, small, the smallest accommodation they have, in fact. It consisted of a bed, a sink, a fan, a fluro light. Was clean. A lamp would have been appreciated, and fixing the latch on the door so that it could stay open (it was very hot), mozzie netting on the windows so they could be left open and a little fridge would have been helpful. It was cute, and they whole property was beautifully maintained, but not particularly good value. Banks cafe next door is a……
