“**Peaceful Stay in a Beautiful Setting**
We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Swiss Mountain Village in Blowing Rock, NC. The property is beautiful and peaceful—tucked away in the mountains with a charming, rustic feel. Our accommodations were cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing night.

“ The location on top of the mountain provided spectacular views and cool mornings even in July. I would suggest putting a medium sized skillet in the house to use with the convection hot plate. The fridge may need checking also. It took most of three days to cool down. Overall this is a great rental which I think was an outstanding value. I would definately stay here again.”

“This place is pure serenity! “This was our third stay in the cabin. Our kids count down the days every year until we get to go. It’s peaceful, cozy, clean, and the perfect size for our family of 4. The hot tub off the back deck is perfect. The creek is right outside one of the bedroom windows and is so wonderful to fall asleep to. It’s so close to Boone and Blowing Rock- the perfect location! Joe goes above and beyond as a proper manger- he’s friendly, kind, quick to respond, and always makes our family feel welcome. Already……

“This is an excellent mountain top cabin with gorgeous views, room for six overnighters, and is without a doubt, the cleanest property I have ever rented. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The round cabin is high up the mountain, just south of blowing rock, and it is both quiet, with sounds of songbirds and a lovely place for short or long-term stay. The drive up to the cabin is winding and very steep, and folks should be aware that in winter time it might be a real challenge to get up……

“The stay was relaxing and tucked away up on the top of the mountain. Everything we needed to cook and we enjoyed the warm welcome with a bottle of wine & chocolate. The deck was my favorite part, plenty of room and comfortable patio furniture, our puppy loved the plush woods and the small trail to a picnic area. You definitely need a vehicle to climb ruff terrain, steep hills, and sharp turns. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, thank you Matt and Chris!”

“My family and I, along with our 2 dogs absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was well stocked, clean and cozy. We experienced it all: the hot tub, both hiking trails, the creek across the street, the fire pit and the front porch sitting. We even got to enjoy a little snow! “Love staying at this cabin. This makes our 3rd yr staying here. Perfect size and level of privacy. Glad to see it survived the flood. Not as much fish as usual post flooding.
