This quaint, restored 1920s farmhouse is ideally located in central downtown Boone. This North Carolina town is home to Appalachian State University, located less than ½ mile from the home.

Walk just a few minutes and you're on campus! Check out the university bookstore, relax in the parks, or stroll along Kraut Creek. Step out the front door and you're on King Street and in the heart of downtown Boone! This home features 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, dishwasher, and beautiful hardwood floors. This home can sleep up to six.
