Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the apartment (this includes vaping). There's a $500 fee for smoking plus replacement cost of any damaged furniture/ additional cleaning fees. We are located in a family friendly neighborhood please be respectful of noise after 10:00pm. Must be 21 to rent our property and the person renting the property must be one of the guests staying on the reservation No parties and/or loud gatherings that will disturb the neighbors.
