“Cute setup for our kids (ages 9-12), they loved the upper loft filled with toys! The place is very clean and comfortable. It’s secluded in the forest which was beautiful. The only thing was there is a rooster nearby that kept crowing loudly all early morning, so if you like to sleep in, I suggest bringing earplugs :) other than that, it’s a cute and quaint place to stay!”

“You’re renting the location, and it’s fantastic. It may be the Northernmost most homes under Sea Ranch management. Smack in the middle of Gualala. NOTE: There is no cell service in town, so screen shot any check information you may need. There is a public wifi network, but it’s painfully slow. Afternoons in the back deck are wonderful. “I gave this five stars because overall, the property was great and peaceful and the right price for what it offered. The view out to the ocean is spectacular and the location was exactly what we needed. With that said, a few frustrating things that are good to know before you go (or book this property at all): -- the bunk bed is very high and it doesn't have a guard rail or a ladder. The house was well stocked and very comfortable for seven adults and a baby, and the location is secluded enough to be quiet and private but still 25 minutes from a grocery store. There's a great selection of board games and puzzles and a nice big dining room table to gather around too! ”
