“We have been to Stanthorpe yearly for the past 5 or 6 years at this time of year. We live on the Sunshine Coast and love that cool change in the weather in Stanthorpe. Starting a log fire and spending time with your partner...Wineries...Food...and the National Parks. We have stayed at numerous different places, but 31 The Rocks is the place to stay.... easily. Close to town, ($12 cab fare), so you can go out for dinner, and return to your Villa easily, and cost effectively. Nicci who owns and……

“A beautifully located home with smoke space and comfortable gathering places got all ages. Comfortably warm on a winters weekend. At the foothills of Mount Marlay and walking distance to town...yet felt like we were isolated from others as it was such a quiet neighbourhood. Thoughtfully renovated and will be beautiful when kitchen gets a freshen up.We enjoyed the games room, speakers thoughtfully placed for music and the ambience that night time brought with a backyard fire pit. “Lovely little cottage and very comfortable beds. Only 1 bedroom so would suit younger family unless you don’t mind sharing the space. Great base location as close to everything. We didn’t cook but had everything if you wanted to be self contained. Also great selection of games, books and DVD. No wifi so plan ahead with downloads if kids want to use iPads. Good opportunity to go device free.”

“Stayed in this lovely house for a few nights during winter and absolutely loved the fireplace on a cold night. The house easily accommodated 4 adults and 3 kids, with a large living area, dining area, 2 large bedrooms with queen beds, and another bedroom with 2 single beds and even another trundle bed. All beds had electric blankets, and the whole house had ducted air to keep us all warm. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything from a wine fridge to a pizza oven (although we couldn't find……
