1. Was locked out of room due to room keys not working, had multiple staff come & go unable to fix took almost 30 mins for someone to finally come to reset the door
2. Room fridge was broken, again had to wait so long for it to be fixed ended up having to leave the room/resort for the night and leave the repairmen in the room themselves
3. Water sports hire - double kayaks were all “broken” and there were no crystal kayaks available either
4. House keeping extremely slow & incompetent, took 35mins one night when something was requested, after 30 mins someone came to room to pick up items (what was there to pick up?!) I was still waiting on what was requested, I had to send them back to bring me what I asked for (a simple plate, knife & fork)
5. Had to call housekeeping every evening because they had either missed providing new face towels, hand towels, or refilling room shower gel
6. Free shuttle times were very irregular (e.g. 1030am, 230pm, 315pm, 830pm) and would get booked out as there wasnt enough times to fit all resort guests therefore it was very inconvenient
7. Chocolate hour was nice however was expecting good quality and tasting chocolates and desserts given its Movenpick, however everything tasted super average we didn’t even want to finish the sweets and didnt bother going back. Tried brazza restaurant another time as well and the flavour was just poor so didn’t eat at the resort again.
8. “Fun pub” did not have anything in there besides billiard
