our haven of peace among the vineyards of Bordeaux located 15 minutes from Bordeaux and 30 minutes from Saint Emilion.

Old farmhouse completely renovated
  - 240 m2 habitable + a heated swimming pool (4 * 9m) and secure
  - a large sunny terrace from morning to evening overlooking a plot of 2800m2, 500m from the village
  - 4 bedrooms (master suite bed 160 with bathroom + guest room bed 160 with bathroom + 2 children's rooms bed 140 each (+ cot)
  - 3 bathrooms (2 private and 1 with bath)
  - 2 offices + 1 storeroom + garden shed
  - Many amenities (WiFi internet, home cinema, BBQ, plancha, 1 adult VTC + ping pong table, swing, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave).

Returned to this lovely villa and had an excellent, comfortable and relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings but in easy reach of Bordeaux city, the airport and other attractions such as aqua park, local markets. Would thoroughly recommend!

Charming & quiet house with great garden

We had a great relaxing stay in this charming house! Beautiful modern inside with a great large garden! We had a relaxing time, enjoying the quiet surrounding! Swimming pool is well adapted for young children. We have been regularly in contact with Arnaud, which is a very helpful owner! Location is perfect heading easely to Bordeaux, St Emilion or Arcachon! May be two long chairs next to the pool would have be nice, but no complaints a all!

-sehr schönes, grosszügiges Haus, perfekt für zwei Familien. Wir haben sowohl die tolle Terrasse wie auch den Pool und den grossen Garten genossen.
