“We chose this unit for its convenience to the Saint-Emilion and East Bordeaux Wine areas. We were not disappointed. While it really is amongst the vineyards, it made for interesting trips to the neighboring small villages.”

“We spent 12 nights at this property, which coincided with some of the hottest weather they have had, so we were exceedingly thankful for the pool!. The veranda meant we could escape some of the heat but still enjoy the views across the vines. Simple accommodation offering what you need for a relaxing stay.”

“Lovely rural Gite, perfect for time away from the crowds. Kind and helpful owners, great facilities with a lovely garden to enjoy time outdoors. Great swimming pool too. Train station15 minutes away - perfect for our day trip to Bordeaux. Lovely area, St Emilion is a must see and nearby village in Ruch has a good value restaurant with a very welcoming owner (about 25/30 minutes walk and a must for a leisurely lunch and a stroll). Car is a must to make the most of time available at the gite.……

“Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Hinsichtlich Lage: Cecac eignet sich für Tagesausflüge zu vielen Locations, der Ort selbst und die umliegenden Ortschaften bieten jedoch keinerlei Freizeitangebote oder Ausgehen-Möglichkeiten. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert, Auto erforderlich”

“This is a wonderful location, very tranquil but also easy to get to beaches and other places of interest. The property was spotless and nicely decorated. Communication with the host was excellent - lots of helpful tips and very responsive. Bring your own linen - I hadn't realised but was able to hire some. Otherwise, it is well equipped, comfortable and we loved it. There is a shop in the village for essentials otherwise Lesparre is only 15 minutes drive for everything you could need. We enjoyed……

“Le gîte Martin est spacieux et conforme au descriptif. L'équipement et la propreté sont irréprochables, La literie est très bonne et la vue sur les vignes magnifique! Les terrasses et surtout la piscine sont superbes. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables à 7 personnes (4 adultes et 3 enfants). Isabelle et Jean-Paul sont des hôtes très agreábles, discrets, mais présent lorsqu'on a besoin d'un conseil. La région est trés belle et il y a foule d'activités possibles.”
