“This is the second year my closest friends and I gather at The Yellow Rose in Shulenburg, and I can't say enough about how WONDERFUL the entire trip went. The rooms are huge, there's plenty of beds and even extra space if we needed (we don't, but it's nice to have the room). We stayed in the beautiful pool enjoying the scenery most of the day. We are already planning on returning next year!! We were all wondering if the cake would be there again, and we got in to a debate about which one was……

“We stayed in this quaint farmhouse mainly because it was pet friendly and close to Round Top where we we’re meeting family for lunch. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys the country lifestyle and peace and quiet. The outside cats were very friendly (our kids and small dog got along fine with them). Our host Natalie was very nice and communicative. Check-in and check-out was super easy.”

“Our family took our 79 year old mom to see the painted churches. We all stayed at The Hideaway. It was so beautiful and peaceful. We all enjoyed spending time out on the porch just enjoying nature and family time. This place is so nice and clean and our host was very courteous and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Stayed for two nights with family of four. The house is very clean and well stocked. Great location in Schulenburg to be within short driving distance from the Painted Churches Splashway waterpark, Shiner Brewery.”

“We got this house for a weekend getaway for my son 8th birthday . It’s a perfect house for a staycation . We loved the pool, volleyball was perfect for our family all we did was play games over and over . Loved they provided propane for the bbq pit and wood for the fire pit. They also left us a carton of eggs so many things to do here. I haven’t stayed in a house with a fully equipped kitchen as this one . The RMB Longhorn West was everything we could have wanted and more. Mary Beth was the absolute most helpful host and personally so so kind to us and our families.
