“Spacious room with most basic equipment for cooking. Air conditioning is also available. Room amenities quite well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great location, very near to Farnborough Main train station, and 20 mins walk to Farnborough North. Also very close to the Meads shopping centre with many shops and restaurants. Rooms facing the road might hear more noise from cars passing by. It would be better if the bath tub is changed to shower to avoid water splashing on the floor,……

“Pretty grounds and lake; the alpacas and goats were particularly friendly. The accommodation was compact but had everything available - fridge/kitchen etc. The bed was very comfortable ”

“We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all……

“This has to be the worst experience of mine. So here it starts : I tried to reach out to the host via VRBO and haven't hear any response. I have neither received any email on how to get into the property as well. we have reached the property (with a kid) and then we couldn't get hold of any at all. Seems that the host is not aware that the property is listed on the sites or approved. He has not received any communication etc. Imagine trying to get into a property which is located in a……
