I tried reaching by email, through their chat system and by phone, and never got any replies. We needed sheets for the sofa bed and never got them in 6 days. We also never received checkout instructions and ultimately had to leave the appartment with the keys left inside without ever hearing back from the agency, regardless of all our attempts on all three channels.”

The host finally came 1hr 15 min late. There were bugs behind toilet. The place is cluttered with furniture and nick backs. Could be cute but needs work”

“We had a lovely stay at this perfectly located apartment. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us, with a well equipped kitchenette and a beautifully updated bathroom. Everything was squeaky clean and the location is perfect with a beautiful view onto the rooftops of old Bologna. All major sights, shopping and grocery shopping are in easy walking distance. Communication was great and made both checkin and checkout super easy. Highly recommended. ”
