“The apartment is small but fully functional - perfect for a couple getting away for a few days! The shower was exceptionally nice. It felt like the apartment had just been refurbished, with a new stove, bathroom, and TV. The stairs leading to the apartment are VERY steep - if you have mobility issues or balance trouble it would be very difficult for you to get into this apartment. Sperlonga itself is gorgeous, I love that we were staying in Old Sperlonga, so we could really see the history and……

Troverete tutto quello che vi servirà, non manca nessun servizio, dalla cucina completamente organizzata allo spazio esterno. La signora Alessandra è stata super disponibile per le poche volte che abbiamo avuto delle domande da porle. Abbiamo passato una bella settimana. Senza dubbio……

“Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit lauer Köstlichkeiten wie frische Tomaten, ein Topf Basilikum, Pizza, Kaffee und Wein auf dem Tisch empfangen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und frei auf dem Gelände gefühlt. Der Pool ist wirklich toll. Die Vermieter bewohnen den Rest des Hauses und sind jederzeit für Fragen oder Tipps verfügbar. Barbara hat uns lauter Tipps für Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants aufs Handy geschickt. Ihr Hund, der sich frei auf dem Gelände bewegt, hat uns gerne besucht. Morgens……

“We loved this particular property. Sperlonga is an amazing village and this unit was amazing. The location, the spiral staircase to the upper roof, and the view! The owners were outstanding and very helpful and friendly and super responsive. I highly recomend this propery .”

“This is a beautiful property with a lovely patio. We loved eating out under the canopy! It is 2 miles from the town, but a short walk to the beach through the neighborhood across the road. There is an excellent Gelateria a short walk down the road, small grocery stores, a fruit stand, and little restaurants. The property itself is nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! ”

“Summer season not started yet. Lovely resort but nothing open. No facilities no hairdryer nothing in the room (it was a lovely room) but the facilities totally let it down. Wi-Fi is not good. We weren’t advised about breakfast asked on checkout and was told to go to the bar it was included. Ok if you want a pastry!!!! They did offer me a gluten free croissant eventually. Would not recommend out of season ”
