“Das Appartment ist eher klein und abgewohnt. Das Areal, der Kinderclub und vieles mehr auf dem Gelände machen diese Unterkunft dann doch interessant im Preis/Leistungverhältnis.
Wir waren außerhalb der Saison und es war relativ ruhig. Das Appartment mit einem Schlafzimmer hatte soweit alles, ausser einen Backofen. Handtücher wurden auf Wunsch täglich gewechselt.
Es gibt einen schönen Aussen Pool und einen Innen-Pool, auf dem Gelände sind 3 Hotels und die Residence Ferienhäuser untergebracht.……

“Thoughtful/but compact surfaces. Good beds except for those who slept on the sofa bed in the kitchen. Beautiful balcony! Cozy little poles that belonged to the houses. “Es war sehr schön. Genug Platz für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wenn es Probleme gab, wurde einem sofort geholfen. Alles sehr diskret, es ging einem keiner auf die Nerven. Von den Vermietern gab es Gastgeschenke, was sehr nett war. Wir durften Tomaten mit ernten. Den Kindern hat der Pool am Besten gefallen und sie waren jeden Tag bei den Hühnern und den Eseln.”

“Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . “Das Haus und der Garten waren wie auf den Bildern - schön, gepflegt und modern! Jedes Zimmer mit seinem eigenen Bad war toll, der Garten groß und überall eingezäunt und der Pool wurde aufgrund des heissen Wetters fast täglich gereinigt. Ausserdem wurden wir mit Kuchen empfangen und haben auch Gemüse aus dem Garten der Gastgeber bekommen, mit denen die Kommunikation auch super funktioniert hat. Lage des Hauses war top - am Ortsrand und nur wenige Minuten Fahrzeit zum Strand, Supermarkt, Aquapark……

“I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay.
The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible.
The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear……
