“Its very peacefull and quite and clean.
Its self catering and shops are bit far so best take extra food and grocery.
We stayed in bunglow and they got nice clean kitchen with all the cooking facilities. Rooms are nice but mattress are bit old.View from bunglows are lovely,I ll try to share image. Staff are friendly. All in all 5 stars. Price reflects.

“We had a lovely stay in riverside cottage.Andrea was a great host full of information and always answers any messages promptly. “We enjoyed every minute of our one-week stay. The house is one of the places which by itself makes a vacation special. Kitchen and living area are very spacious with wonderful looks into the surrounding landscape. “Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. “D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility……

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.”

“We had the most magical stay in this beautiful yurt near Barmouth. It was the perfect escape from the world – quiet, relaxing, and full of calm. Our boys, aged 4 and 7, had the best time swinging in the hammock, toasting marshmallows, drinking hot chocolate, and going on bug hunts.The yurt was clean, spacious, and cosy, with comfy beds for all of us. “We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property in north Wales. We were blown away by the space and the charm of the house -perfect for our group. The living areas were spacious enough for everyone to relax together and the kitchen had everything we needed for home -cooked meals. "The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night. The toilet also did not work properly, the flush was extremely weak. There was no way of contacting the hotel at night to sort out the shower issue and the reception runs from 3pm to 6pm instead of 8pm as stated here. Would recommend if those management issues were fixed."
